Florida State Fair
Tampa's 12-day state fair: outrageous fair food, Florida agriculture, livestock and midway thrills.
About the Florida State Fair
The Florida State Fair has been a Tampa tradition for more than a century. It is part agricultural showcase, part carnival, and very much a food destination, with vendors competing to unveil the most outrageous new fair foods each February.
Beyond the midway, Cracker Country preserves historic Florida buildings and cooking traditions. Discount days and advance ticket sales can cut the cost of admission significantly.
