Black Bean Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
- Sour cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions:

Sauté vegetables: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until soft.
