Datil Pepper Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup datil pepper sauce (or substitute habanero sauce)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Bake wings: Toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40-45 minutes, turning once.
- Make sauce: Mix datil pepper sauce, honey, butter, and vinegar.
