Sweet Corn Fritters Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
