Sweet Corn Fritters Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix batter: Combine corn, flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, cayenne, eggs, and milk.
- Fry: Drop spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry until golden, turning once.
