Crab & Corn Chowder Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chicken or seafood broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté veggies: Cook onion and garlic in butter until soft. Stir in flour.
- Simmer: Add milk, broth, corn, and Old Bay. Simmer until thickened.
- Add crab: Stir in crab meat. Heat through. Season and garnish.
