Crab & Corn Chowder Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen corn
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken or seafood broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Sauté veggies: Cook onion and garlic in butter until soft. Stir in flour.
  2. Simmer: Add milk, broth, corn, and Old Bay. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Add crab: Stir in crab meat. Heat through. Season and garnish.
