Tomato Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare crust: Pre-bake crust at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
  2. Layer: Arrange tomato slices in crust. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and green onions.
  3. Mix & top: Combine mayo and cheeses. Spread over tomatoes.
  4. Bake: Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing.

Variations
