These bars have a buttery crust and gooey pecan filling, just like classic pecan pie. Perfect for sharing at gatherings!
Pecan Pie Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Make crust: Mix flour, sugar, and butter. Press into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
- Make filling: Whisk eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, pecans, and salt.
- Bake: Pour filling over crust. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool before cutting.
Variations

- Use maple syrup instead of corn syrup.
